This Privacy Policy explains how PlayGamoryx Interactive ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile application Blackjack Jaiho: 21 (the "App"). We built this App as a casual, offline-friendly Blackjack card game that respects your privacy — please read on for the full details.
Blackjack Jaiho: 21 offers casual gameplay of the classic Blackjack card game. The App is designed to be played fully offline, and it does not require you to create an account or sign in to play.
The App does not offer real-money gambling or the opportunity to win real money or prizes. Any virtual coins or in-game currency used within the App have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or cashed out for real money, goods, or services.
Because the App does not require account creation, we do not directly collect any personal information from you, such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address.
The App does use a small number of trusted third-party software development kits (SDKs) that may automatically collect limited, non-personal technical data (such as device identifiers, app usage events, and install attribution data) to help us understand app performance and improve the App:

These SDKs do not receive your name, email address, or any information that directly identifies you as an individual. Data collected by these services is used solely in aggregate/anonymized form to help us understand how the App is used and improve its quality.
The App requests permission to send you push notifications, delivered using Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), a Google-provided messaging service (see Section 2). This permission is used to send you optional updates about the App, such as gameplay reminders or feature announcements. You may disable notifications at any time through your device's system settings.
The App does not request permissions related to contacts, location, camera, microphone, storage of personal files, or any other sensitive device data.
The App does not display any advertisements, and we do not share data with third parties for advertising purposes.
The App does not offer any in-app purchases or subscriptions. Virtual coins used in the App are provided free of charge for gameplay purposes only, hold no real-world monetary value, and cannot be purchased with real money.
